Someone told me when I started running (July 2011) on this website actually that the first mile SUCKS! I did it and it is a totally amazing program! I remember someone telling me early on "remember progress, not perfection." Even if you feel that you should be running at a faster pace...do what you can to finish the day. Even if you're running at a 4.0 speed :) Best of luck!

I did the C25k and have actually started the Bridge to 10k program with a desire to go into half marathon training at this point. My weight loss increased once I added running.
