Cut into strips, stir fry with veggies, add some sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce and stock with a bit of corn flower, bring to the boil and then let it simmer and serve with rice or noodles. It's absolutely delicious! (It's a recipe I got from my mum's Slimmers World magazines so it's lovely and healthy!)

I was thinking about a run but the pollen count is high and I'm asthmatic, so it makes running quite difficult!

Coco pops with raspberries and a large dominos pizza with a double a serving of chicken on. Not sure of the calories for those!

Someone at my university takes his shoes off and walks around during lectures. I find it strange especially seeing as he only ever ears flip flops anyway!

My boyfriend is nearly 21 and not only does he play minecraft and have minecraft on his phone, but he also watches videos of OTHER PEOPLE playing mincraft. I really don't understand.

If you're doing exercise you should be eating more. So like, 1200 would be what you'd eat if you just sat and watched TV all day! If you burned (for example) 600kcal doing exercise, then you'd be eating 1800kcal.
