www.fitnessblender.com has great workouts you can do from home. there is yoga, pilates, low impact cardio, mommy & baby workouts. there are workouts anywhere from 10mins to over an hour. check it out. Also, I didn't lose the baby weight til my kiddo was 2! so don't be so hard on yourself. It took 9 months to gain that…

I don't watch the Biggest Loser because I don't think any part of it is healthy or usually maintainable in the long run. But they signed up for it & are probably well aware of the lengths they have to go to in order to lose that much weight...…

Strength training. Strengthen your core muscles. Planks, leg raises, etc etc.

I'm 5'1" & weigh 121lbs. I'm more focused on toning up, gaining muscle, & losing inches. I net at least 1350/day & workout 30mins/day (HIIT Cardio, Kickboxing, yoga, strength training, Pilates). Watch your macros. Make sure you're getting enough protein to build & keep those muscles (fish, chicken, beans, peanuts)! Eat 2-3…

I rarely eat all my exercise calories because I think mfp estimates are generally high. A HRM will give you the most accurate reading of calories burned. I strive to eat no more than half of my exercise calories though.

A pound a week is about as quick as you can go. I lose less than that as is & I bust my butt everyday working out & count my calories daily. I suggest weighing your food & buying a HRM for the most accurate results. Continue logging daily & work out daily (P90X, Insanity, Jillian Michaels, etc) & you'll lose the weight :)…

I've been working out since July 2013. My body looks a lot better, but no abs or any definition. Still got a lot of jiggle. I don't go to a gym so I think there's only so much I can do at home. I'm satisfied with where I am though.

I work out with my 2 1/2 year old sometimes. Most of the time she runs into me. I usually have to stop the DVD every 8-10min to redirect her attention. I can never get through a workout without being interrupted unless shes asleep.

I love being active with my toddler! She makes me active, even if I don't want to be! Now that she's 2 1/2, she works out with me! It's adorable! Can't wait for warmer weather so we can play outside again!

Wow! You all are sooo impressive!! Amazing job y'all!

Thank you!! At first I started out walking in the jogging stroller with my 2 year old. Then started going to the gym in my apt complex a few days a week, mostly stationary bike & some of the machines. In Nov, I started yoga, which really helped me with injuries & helped me mentally. Now I workout 30mins per day. I bought…

I've dropped 45lbs (62lbs since giving birth) & the stretch marks look worst as I get smaller. But I lost weight to be healthy, to not be on diabetes or cholesterol medicine. Yes, of course I want to lose ripped & toned, but I can now run with my child & fit into jeans! There's so much to be thankful for! I try to focus on…

I was 167lbs in July 2013 & now weigh 122lbs. i never lost any baby weight. Like, none of it came off easily. It is very frustrating. My toddler is almost 3. I didn't start dieting…

I started on MFP at 167lbs in July 2013. I now weigh 122lbs. I stopped feeling fat once I hit a healthy BMI of 132lbs in November. IDK why something just clicked & I felt healthy & happy. I feel more self conscious about parts of my body now instead of my body as a whole. In general, I'm happy with what I see in the…

I have that indent too. I've was 184lbs at my highest during my pregnancy & now weigh 122lbs. I workout everyday... HIIT, strength training, yoga. I rub cocoa butter on my stretch marks. I had my gallbladder removed at 5 months pregnant & my appendix removed at 2 weeks post partum. Basically my stomach looks like a cut up…

I prefer local mom & pop diners. But Chick Fil A has better choices now that I'm watching my calories. I substitute a side salad for fries & get a diet coke. I like Wendy's salads too.

Do you use a food scale or just guesstimating your calorie consumption? You're probably eating more than you think. Make sure your macros are in order as well. Eat plenty of fruits, veggies, protein. And drink 8+ glasses of water daily. You're at a healthy BMI. Do not expect to lose more than .5lbs per week. Work on…
