Thanks! Im going to try it out for this week only ( I wont go to the gym sat/sun, but I still will do the 30ds mon-sat), and see how I feel at the end of it. If I feel okay, I will keep doing it, if I feel otherwise, I will cut back to 3 days a week at the gym, with 6 days a week for 30ds. Thank You Again!

The side lunges are the hardest for me. I do not know why either, but I just cannot seem to get it right. I have lost 10lbs as well since I started on July 12th. I have 38lbs to go. I want to get myself down to 150, and Ill see how I feel at that weight, and maybe lose 10-15lbs more if I feel like I need too. Good luck on your journey!!!
