You're failing to understand TDEE and BMR, lol. Look at what you eat, and then consider whether you should be handing out such potentially damaging advice.

You might want to check your maths. You're currently eating 140%. Agreed that the scales are inaccurate, however, if you take regular readings and then use an average from the last, say, 5 readings, it will be fairly accurate. When I was losing weight I saw my BF% going down doing that.

I try to buy all of my fruit, vegetables, eggs and milk organically, but I don't eat 100% clean :) It's just so restrictive. 80% clean 20% IIFYM for me! Edit: I don't buy organically because of clean eating, I do it for other reasons lol.

Worst advice out there. Eating a low fat (causes depression) raw vegan (incredibly restrictive) diet will not help you recover at all. You need to be eating a variety of foods, and sufficient calories - a little over your TDEE, so you gain weight slowly.

Why would ANYONE juice, when you can make smoothies? Why skip on the fibre and nutrients left in the pulp?

5'0.5" and 97lbs, definitely in this boat haha. You can't see in my profile picture but I have a pretty big belly which I'm working to lose. :laugh: Losing fat and gaining muscle are my two goals!

To get tone or definition, you need to lose fat. like the saying, 'abs are made in the kitchen', to get muscle definition you need to reduce the layer covering them!

The smoothies or protein shakes idea seems best, really. :) Or if you get a certain amount of time for a lunch break, you could ask if that time could be split up so you can snack at a different time but still keep the no eating at the desk rule.
