Hi I usually have a boiled egg & slice of toast for breakfast then soup/crackers&light cheese/salad for lunch.

Thanks everyone- tomorrow I will try eating a more calorific breakfast and lunch and see how I go. It's not that I have the food in the house and it's tempting me, I'm going to the shop and buying it!

Hey, I started having it a few weeks ago every morning in my porridge, I found that it actually hurt my teeth with all the sugar! Plus I started eating it by the spoonful when I needed a choccy fix, no more Nutella in my house! Ha
