Don't feel embarrassed or stupid. I am still in the learning process too. I think I am getting better but I am still not able to fully account for everything I am eating without the food tracker. Here are some things that have been helping me get better at it: *Plan your meals ahead of time. This way, a few days before you…

You look awesome. Great job!

I agree with you. Most people don't like going to the gym when they first start out because they feel that everybody is going to be staring at them. I have been there and being highly overweight in a gym is kind of awkward when you have all these fit people around you. I like to like to look around mostly because I like to…

I noticed that too. I felt like I was the only idiot in the gym one day looking around at everybody as they worked out. Maybe it is a code.....lol.

Your are so right. I noticed that earlier this week. My husband has went to a different shift and I work overnight which means that I have to get used to a new sleeping schedule. I have a toddler and an infant so I can't take my eyes off of them at all. The first two days of this week I hadn't dropped any weight at all and…

Thanks for posting this. I have been thinking about turning my sugar off as well because I get discouraged if I eat a lot of fruit in the day and I am way over. I can track the added sugars by myself as I have been able to kind of keep it under control. I think that I am going to start tracking something else like fiber.…

I am doing Leslie Sansome's Walk Away the Pounds 6 days a week and some strength training 4 days out of the week. I usually do the 5 mile walk. I had a lot of success with Walk Away the Pounds in the past so I will see how it goes this time around. I am also keeping an eye on my calories and my sugar especially.

I am having the same problem lately. I have to make an adjustment somewhere. I think I'll will try a bigger breakfast that has more calories. My go to breakfast is usually a fruit smoothie with some low fat plain yogurt in it. Here lately I have only been eating like 900-1100 a day. I don't want to put my body in…

I have insanity and have had it for almost a year now. I am terrified of it. I am going to give myself another month or so and I am going to put it to work.....or should I say let it put me to work. I can't afford to be part of a gym right now so I workout at home. I have been using workouts that I found on youtube…

I big chopped the day after Thanksgiving last year. So far I have been rocking the wash and gos and twist outs because I feel that my hair isn't where I want it to be to do anything else yet. On some days I just put it in a puff and rock it out. But I have been using the Shea Moisture line as well. My hair loves this…

SW-246.6 CW-246.6 GW-140 I am just going to seriously work on my eating habits and stick to working out at least an hour a day and see where that takes me. I am taking baby steps with my food habits but I'm getting there.
