yeah i would so but resting day should be light cardio like just pop in do 20 mins it wont hurt

the last couple pounds is the hardest i think just stick to what you have been doing and keep up with the work outs but for me is i try to be on 1000 caloric deficit each day but i do alot of cardio so i can eat more just keep going its going to come off either way it can be muscle thats made the scale stayed the same…

to be honest i can wake up early in the morning fall back asleep and the time is way in the afternoon but what i see it as i rather get up do what i have to do example go gym or work etc etc so sleeping for me its only 6-8 hours you will only get tired if you over slept
