Yep, I am walking out of several pairs of my shoes.... Go figure.

I say give it a try. Remember, you can always modify, if there is something that hurts (not the work out soreness, but the injury pain) then don't do it. You can sit rather than stand, you can also lower/lessen the tension on most cycle/spin bikes.... I take spin classes as a regular part of my work out routine and LOVE…

Yeah, it's shocking. I think about how I used to eat...like that, on a very regular basis without thought. Nowadays, I still have that kind of stuff, but once in a while.....and often, I feel like crap after I eat it, so then I want it less the next time. One here and there won't kill us...but daily or even weekly just…

I think it's up to you.... I aimed for 10 days at each level.....but if one level is/becomes too easy-then move up. My suggestion would be to aim for every other day with this work out.... I kept doing other workouts, stuck to my routine and just added this. I added an exercise called 30 day shred and used a heart rate…

Thanks for this. I agree. I think that many changes can start with the acceptance of the way things are. It's a paradox of life. I try to focus on being grateful for what I DO have. I try to appreciate my body, my health, my strength, my life rather than focus on the parts I want to change/improve/shrink. Not easy,…

I LOVE my Keurig! I had a senseo before, but didn't like it as well. Never had a Tassimo so can't speak to that. What I love about my Keurig is the huge variety of products (coffee, tea, cocoas, iced tea/coffees) flavors/brands available and each cup is YUM, fresh. You can also get a thing (called My K cup, I think) to use…

Well, as a child of divorced parents (they split when I was a young adult) I would have loved to have some of those items. My suggestion is to put them away somewhere, for safekeeping, and so you don't have to look at them all the time, and wait for the right time to pass it along. You'll know when the time is right.

I had this problem too-tried a ton of different socks and shoes. What works best is running socks-wicking-helps with the moisture. and there is a product called Body Glide-it looks like a little stick of deodorant....works like a charm. as a newbie runner, the best advice I got was to go to a running shoe store and get…

I am-but tonight's beverage of choice is mike's hard lemonade-black cherry. OMG. sweet. and it put me way over calories. Oh well, worth it. tomorrow is a new day. Some days call for adult beverages for coping....that's all there is to it.

Wow you're fast. takes me a lot longer to make up the bed......I must be doing something wrong.

hi and welcome. I'm a newbie runner...aiming to complete a 5k in January and/or Feb. Still doing walking/jogging intervals at this point. You'll find lots of support encouragement and motivation here!

Oh great so I spent a dollar more for nothing haha, why would they put it in both sections!? [/quote] Could be it costs more to transport/store it frozen ? Dunno.
-
I don't know if there's a difference-that's odd that there is a price difference. I keep my in the freezer too-no preservatives, so this helps it last longer....I usually buy it frozen, but have seen it both ways. Never investigated price or ingredient differences.

welcome! You'll find lots of support and encouragement on here. And once in a while a jerk/know it all/grouch. ignore them. The rest make it worth it.

I'm a little twisted....I watch the cooking shows while I'm on the tread, elip or stationary bike. It helps me pass the time. Doesn't seem to make me eat more...again, I am a lil nutty.

That would explain the aftertaste, I think. :frown:

I don't know for sure, about differences between brands, but I have noticed a difference between "pure stevia extract" versus "sweetner" or some other variations of stevia, mixed with other stuff.....
