Meal Replacement Bars
Some of them seem like expensive candy bars with not much nutritional value........I'm curious as to what folks think about these....If you eat them, what is your favorite brand/flavor? For making healthy options convenient? The excuse I often hear and use is that eating healthier takes too long/is not convenient. I just spent some time cutting up produce, mostly veggies and packing it into grab-able portions. I label each baggie with how many calories are there...which also helps with my logging of…

stress ?
what is your best method for dealing with stress? What do you do to "unwind" and/or blow off steam? I feel like I am living in a pressure cooker, and my usual stuff isn't working/helping any more. For sure, working out is saving my life-it's the ultimate stress release....but it doesn't seem to be enough, right now.
