Favorite way to add flavor and variety?

Lately, I've been spicing everything up...a of few my favorites, for salads and sandwiches are:

Trader Joe's Papaya Mango Fire Roasted Salsa. DELISH at only 15 cals per 2 TBSP it's a flavorful calorie bargain. Love to throw it in my salad....sometimes, I don't even add dressing.

Merzetta's Roasted Red peppers-these are also DELISH at 5 cals per ounce....

I also add cilantro to my salad for a little extra flavor....hardly any calories at all.....

What are your favorite ways to add flavor to regular (and sometimes boring) foods?

    pickle chips
    flavored hummus
cilantro, washed and in a container ready to go
assorted texture and color salsas (also good to mix with the yogert)
