128 pounds since Oct 2010 with a 9 month stall in between and 3 deaths this year so struggling.. But still plugging along.
-
I do that because I work nights.. I log it as the day off.
-
I gave up pop just a little over 2 years ago.. I got headaches bad from the detox as I was a 2 liter bottle a day pepsi drinker.. I don't miss it one bit.. I only allow myself one coffee a day..

Well done.

First of all.. Welcome to the site.. What has helped me stay motivated has been how good I feel and how I look.. It hasn't been easy by all means and I have had slip ups but I am the lowest weight I have been in about 20 years and I feel amazing.. Feel free to add me as a friend.

Glad it wasn't Thanksgiving here.. Not sure what Xmas is going to be like but I am going to take it one day at a time..
-
Welcome.. Feel free to add me.

Honey, I know what you mean about reaching your breaking point.. You have to want it bad enough.. I know I left myself go for years ad it finally kicked in that I was fat... I went steady for 7 months and then quit for 9 months.. Boxing Day last year I had had enough and knew I needed to get back on track... This year has…

lol.. These pics are awesome.

Don't give up. You can and will do this.. For starters try and get more water into you..As for your pants being tight I bet it's from the exercise as you are building muscle.. When I first started I didn't think I would be where I am today...And I still learn new things every day.
-
Thanks.. It's helping me get more water down.. Not that I need it... I drink about 160 ounces each day.. lol
-
Feel free to add me.. I live in Oshawa.
-
5"3 and I want to get to 125.. Any lower and I look sick.
-
hahaha... That's exactly what I do..
-
I am thinking you might be right.. Right now I don't feel comfortable in my body even though I have lost all the weight I have so far... :flowerforyou:
-
I don't feel bad per say.. I just have a hard time when people tell me how good I look.. It could be due to the weight loss.. I am not sure.
-
I started this journey in October 2010 and lost 64 pounds.. I stopped in April 2011 and didn't get back on the wagon until Dec 2011.. I still struggle on a day to day basis but I look at how far I have come and refuse to give up..
-
I would probably be 10 pounds lighter.. Might have to get hubby to hold them one morning so I can weigh without them..lol
-
Congratulations on a job well done.. Keep up the great work.
-
Glad you finished it... I only lasted 20 minutes today.. First time doing it.. Just about killed me..lol..
-
awe.. how beautiful.. Congrats on a job well done.
-
lol.. This stomach and abdomen area have been a pain in the butt to me.. I want it gone once and for all.. :) Hopefully now with upping my workouts I can finally start..
-
It's not always the case of wearing pant sizes to small.. I wear a pair of pants that are actually baggy on me and I still have a muffin top..Heck i even wear a pair of track pants and you can see my muffin top.. My weight has disappeared everywhere else but my stomach.. I have started to work on that area..lol
-
You can do this.. It will finally kick in to where you want it bad enough.. I know it did me.. I am a 45 year old female who has struggled along the way but finally glad to say I am not that far along from my goal weight.
