Been doing Keto for just over 3 weeks now.

Oshawa, Ontario here. Go ahead an add. Joined a long time ago and lost a lot of weight. Put much of it back on. Restarting all over again. Could use all the support I can.

No way.. With what I lost everything swims on me.. lol.. I like nice snug clothes now even if I do still have my stomach..

I am lucky if I eat bread once a month.. Mostly just whole wheat wraps.. I could care less for bread.. I have switched from white rice to brown and put veggies in it.. As for pasta I had it for the first time in months the other day..

I have 6 now and want a few more.. When all my weight is gone I want something don't know what yet but going to have the amount of weight I lost done in Roman Numerals.

Sure I struggle and the odd time I do have take out.. I just looked at the big picture on how healthy I would be when I do finally hit maintenance. I feel better, I look better, I breath better, I have more energy,, Keep looking at the big picture and you will eventually get there.. Good luck.

ok, so let me get this right.. This has been doing my head in.. lol... I am 155 and want to be anywhere between 130-135... I mostly sit in my job as I am a Designated Driver but put my activity level to moderately active as I work out anywhere from 3-5 times per week both strength training and usually very intense cardio..…

I am 20 pounds away from my goal weight and I still have quite a bit of a belly.. ugh.. If it doesn't disappear then I don't care.. I feel awesome.

I suffered badly from acid reflux to the point I was hospitalized a few times from it.. I am happy to say that in the last 2 years I haven't been affected by it.. woohooo

This may sound stupid but when you breath in do you do it by mouth or nose.. I noticed if I do it through my nose I actually start to get a headache.. So I have started to breath through the mouth..

Yes, I agree with the above replies... Go see a doctor, I was the same way about 6 weeks ago and really cracked.. I was put on anti depressants.. Good luck.. It does get better.

a lot of the 80's music.. I find it keeps me motivated.. Not really into a lot of today's music.

I wish that I was a pear.. I have never been able to find jeans that fit me in the waist.. I am an hourglass figure and have had a hard time with any clothing.. whether I am fat or thin.. I find yoga pants are the best.. lol

I usually go at 4 am and work out for a couple of hours and then come home have a protein shake and shortly after go to bed... This morning I missed it.. Ate a big meal early.. lol..

This site has been my godsend as well.. It has helped me tremendously.. As for the forum.. Try going through the browser.. That is how I access it and it helps me for those times when I can't be on my computer..

I work some strange hours so my last meal is about 4 am or so.. I try and not eat anything at least 2 hours before I sleep.

Don't give up.. It's been over 2 years for me and I just got back on track since being on a downfall since Christmas time.. When you are ready you will do this again..

It has taken me a long time and there are days I feel the same way yet I am so close to my goal.. I think it comes down to us being heavy most of our lives and we still see ourselves as overweight.. I was told this can take a long time.. Just keep doing what you are doing.. Congrats on your loss so far..
