Nice to see this thread...While I wasn't in this weight range I was close to it at 283.5 pounds and currently weigh 160 pounds.. It's been a long hard journey but oh so very worth it.. Good luck.

I don't plan on leaving.. This has helped keep me accountable for myself.

I'm 5'3 and started at 283.5. I am currently weighing in at 160 pounds and wear a size 10 pant.. My goal weight is 125. I may have to rethink that though as I see a surgeon in just over 2 weeks to see about a breast reduction and will lose weight there..lol

Honey, Don't give up.. I felt the same way.. Do it for you and nobody else.. I have been off and on my journey for the last 2 years.. i refuse to let others bother me..

I am a designated driver and eat out every night. I live in Canada so can't tell you a lot of those places.. I have grabbed menu's from a lot of these bars and restaurants and have managed nicely.. The 1/2 pecan chicken salad from Wendy's tends to be my favourite.

I love this.. I have to eat out every night due to my job and this is what I end up eating most of the time..lol

lol.. I feel the same way.. I was even telling hubby about my ribs last night.. I have loved seeing the changes in my body.. Now what to do about that tailbone now that it no longer has cushion.. lol

I have been on this journey for 2 years next week with a long stall in between. I have been honest right from day one with him.. He is a skinny guy and I will weight more then him..But not much longer..I have about 12 pounds to go then I will weigh the same as him.. He has been my rock through this journey...

Halloween is also my Anniversary too.. :)

I used too a long time ago.. I actually joined through the city now.. I have access to 4 gyms in town.. Legends, Donovan, Civic and the South Oshawa.. The price is great.

Good luck to the both of you.. I have been on the Visalus lifestyle since Boxing Day 2011 and loving every minute of it.

lemon is awesome in water.. I have one coffee a day and I drink water from the time I get up to the time I go to sleep.. Sometimes I hate it but know it's good for me.. And with a person who gets reoccurring kidney stones this does help.

It's been hard making meals for hubby and I both but I work it in and load up on the veggies myself..
