Me personally i have been working to expose my abs for about 3-4 months now. Yes I could get them to show sooner but I really don't want to lose the mass i have built up over the many years of lifting. I expect I will be all done or close to my goal by spring.

Just the wonderful perks of losing weight. Woman can get away with more BF% then men before they start to show abs. If you lay down and crunch your abs, can you feel with your hand any bumps? Abs are quite easy to find by touch. Even if you can't see them yet you can tell by feeling for them. Not sure exactly where you are pointing to as the picture you linked is not marked.

Very easy for me to see the difference but in future you might want the same angle and same pose. We tend to show more with arms down instead of raised. But totally can see a difference.

I would also like to add 1 more very important tip. When you work on any body part that is lagging behind you have to really stop and take a good look at why. Genetics? Improper form? This, Legs require more TUT time under tension for them to grow. Try lowering the weight just a tad and up to a min of 8reps and a max of 12. Hit 12 reps, add weight until your around 8 reps again. Rest only 1min or less and go hard.
