Whats really funny is when my wife and I are in the store talking about eating and notice how strange people look at us the way we are referring to the so called "cost" in calories of the food we are picking out.

You are referring to where your hamstrings take over and your glutes from the quads? Actually the reason why they said squatting deep is so important for Hamstring and glutes. Once you get down a certain distance your quads our out of the picture, its only hips, core, hams and glutes that are going to get you back up. lol…

I find weight loss plateaus very interesting. How can you not lose weight if its all about the math of calories. People logically should be losing if they are still consuming at a deficit. I really don't understand the science behind a weight loss plateau.

I honestly think eating clean is about as hard to explain as falling in love. We view things in different eyes. I see eating clean as not eating processed foods, however i do consume the odd item. I highly suggest you give box squats a try. Without the fear of falling backwards allows for a proper technique.

That would only cover form for the front squat not the back squat considering you can not keep that straight up as a result of doing back squats.

LoL you can't be wrong can you? Honestly speaking from personal experience is all I really need in my life. People also tell me I am not gaining muscle eating in a deficit although recent tests proved otherwise. It was a fun debate but its now grown very boring.

Love heavy resistance training abs workouts, yes they work. Building bigger ab muscles makes them more easy to see.

Best way to use supersets is to mix them with a compound movement/isolation. Max stimulation on a body part. Good example would include Squats supersetted with reverse hamstring curls. Like anything else, good for shocking the body but not something you want to do all the time.
