I did take photos and measurements, I'm hoping to see some results on the 30 day mark. I'm just wondering if anyone has shared this experience.. where it may take your body a while to "respond" to the intensity of the workouts and new diet.

What does that mean?

yea, 5'9, started at 145

LOVE HER WORKOUTS. I've only done a few of them, but she's the best but not with bodyrock anymore. (don't know if someone has already mentioned that). LOVE HER!

At 5'9" and 143 I'm burning between 520-550 on the harder days and about 220-240 on the "rest" days.

Definitely keep going!! I remember day 3, it was the most painful for me. Just push through it and before you know it, you will be done. I'm at the end of my second week and that day was the hardest for me so far. After that, soreness got better, and workouts, although still hard, became more bearable. KEEP GOING!

Eating clean is pretty much staying away from overly processed food and tries to eat food that falls into these categories: A person that eats clean generally practices the following: Eliminates refined sugar Cooks healthy meals Packs healthy meals Makes healthy choices when dining out Drinks a lot of water Eats 5-6 small…

Thanks everyone for the comments! I'm excited. I actually love the intensity of the workouts. I'm excited to see how far I can push myself. The diet will be the hard part for me. We shall see...

@ Jmafte It's not one thing every few months... it's a new thing consistently for a few months. It gets to be a problem when I have a packet every day MOST of the week... Baaad. Anyways, today was my last one. :) For at least until the next one comes!

That's a good idea... but believe it or not, I've even asked people for change. I figure the only way is to post it on here and gain accountability. It's really the main part where i mess up during the day. I feel like this makes me take accountability for my actions and of course I tried not bringing change and that…

Goat cheese is amazing! I find it easier to use if you buy the "crumbled" form. My favorite is on top of lean burgers (right next to the patty, or mixed in to the patty so it melts) or on top of some stir-fried lean steak! The flavor is just amazing. It is great on top of salads, of course. It is a staple in my…

Darn, our bodies are tricky little devils, aren't they? I will take your advise! Thank you!!
-
Thanks Everyone for the advise. I'm going to shake it up a bit!! The advise was really helpful!! Plateau's are so hard!

If you split it into 4 servings I counted it at 303 calories. :D I omitted the walnuts and 2 tablespoons of oil. I just used Pam to cook the turkey in.

I just posted it! Turkey & Broccoli Soup! http://www.bodyrock.tv/2011/01/28/broccoli-cream-turkey-breast-soup/

Thanks for the info!! This helps a lot!

Wow, this is more than I could have hoped for!! Thank you! Looks like I'm going to incorporate some of this into my routines!! I hope the list continues to grow. You guys are HARD-CORE! No pain, no gain! Love it.

Yah, I guess there's no exact science to it. Although I am less hungry after really hard workouts and sometimes it feels like I have to force myself to eat the calories expended during workouts. I will take your advice and try to switch it up a little for day of vs day after workouts. Thanks!
-
How did you get the calories down so low? When I calculated it was 213 per muffin at minimum. They were very good though!!
-
If you can't get sore, doing one of the workouts from this website will make you sore!!! They are extremely creative!!! http://www.bodyrock.tv/ They're pretty insane! I was an athlete in high school and worked out through college and I'm always looking for new ways to make myself sore and keep interested. Try one of the…

I'm 5'9" and for my body type a normal weight is around 140. I would say that it depends on each persons individual body-type.

The green food formula has a lot of those vegetables in them. I've juiced for a while and love fresh green shakes but i find myself with only a few minutes in the morning, so this does the trick!

These ingredients should all be found at your local health food store. Over here, Henry's, Whole Foods or Trader Joe's. The green formula is a little more expensive but far less expensive than a daily coffee and far more nutritionally dense. The Kefir comes in different flavors and if you need a little more sweetness, get…
