  • I'm at 9 weeks and I've gained 1.5 lb. Trying not to use Myfitnesspal as much to monitor my food. Trying to listen to my body within reason and keep that healthy stuff flowing in! :) Anyone know about gaining muscle while pregnant?   • Something that has helped me immensely with cravings is eating more protein and fats throughout the day. I've adopted a psudo paleo diet where i generally stay away from processed carbs (wheat/gluten) and dairy. Try eating meat, fruits, veggies, and nuts (natural fats). You have to give it a week.   • Yep, I eat pretty clean and followed the diet guide. Like I said, I had maybe 3 days where I've slipped up, but on the regular, I've been very good.
  • overall, i've defiantly improved. Some of my scores were high early-on but I think it was due to improper form. I've been making strides in all the strength fitness tests and maintaining or beating others. Thanks for the encouragement!

  • Thanks for the reply! I'm really close to my goal weight (within 5-7 lbs) and it's been over a month and my body is just not letting go of the weight like it used to.. I guess I just need a little encouragement, or patience :)
