here's one that happened 2 days ago.. I had a salad at a family gathering while everyone else was eating MY FAVORITE PIZZA!! that was seriously hard to do, even though i enjoy a good salad now.. the smell of that garlic butter cheese crust was killing me!

Dizziness definitely isnt a good thing, i would talk to my doctor if i had those issues when working out.

biggest shocker to me is when i first started MFP and seeing how many calories i was woofing down at a fast food places on my way to work, made me disgusted.

honestly i dont log things that are <5 calories, im not usually even close to my daily calorie limit, im not worried about a couple pieces of sugar free gum. I pretty much log everything else i can though.

Personally i didnt care for WW, i didnt like the whole points thing. i've tried a bunch of fad diets, they dont last. MFP and counting calories and eating what i want and just logging it all is the only thing i've ever been able to stick to this long (started last september)

I think some of it has to do with people not knowing how much i weight because i carry my weight well. most people guess my weight about 50 pounds lighter then i am. Its just strange to me that people at a healthy weight and that are smaller then me telling me i'll be too skinny. Personally i dont care what they think, i…

for me i think it was about 30lbs down, now i've had people that havent seen me in a while comment when they see me now. i've had people at work that hadnt seen me in a while ask others that work by me if i had cancer or was sick :\

todays my off day, just went to the driving range with my wife and hit some balls, then we rode our bicycles for a little over 3 miles.

I think it has something to with what you grew up on. i grew up on kraft, and think velveeta sucks.

my wife had gastric sleeve surgery, they actually told her to not drink anything while she's eating because it pushes food through the stomache and makes you hungry more often.
