I went off the rails when my wife got pregnant and put my weight back on over the past 3 years, started back on MFP this week to get it under control again. I run right after breakfast, do to my work schedule, thats 130pm. i do it after waking up because its easier for me to do it before work then after working 11 hours on an assembly line then running after an hour drive home. plus i feel more energetic the rest of the day.

Before i started MFP i was 353, heaviest was 384. To get that big im not going to blame genetics or anyone/thing but myself. I ate like crap i.e. 15-20$ worth of fast food almost everyday during the week (enough to feed 3 people sometimes), i would throw back an entire large pizza myself and sometimes crazy bread with it…

I have had this too, i had to get a new wedding ring because my original was cobalt chrome and couldnt be resized, my gold one i have now that i got 4 months ago is loose now too, i have to get it resized soon.

chances are those 3 out of 4 people didnt become depressed because of the surgery, i'd bet they were depressed before surgery. people who've had surgery like my wife usually struggle with depression.

I was told by a nutritionist that the are fine here in there if you dont have time to eat a meal, just try not to do it every day.

Thats a head scratcher, eating that much and running that far shouldnt be gaining weight.

Seems to take me about 5-6 days if i have a weekend of bad food.

I've seen that two, I dont think people on the inter-webs care about they're spelling or were they put there apostrophes. Sometimes I forget how to speel sew i cant' judge others that dont have spell cheque on. :)

I weigh myself everyday after i wake up and use the bathroom. I'll also step on it when i use the bathroom since its in there. I watch the fluctuations and stuff, just out of curiosity. Personally though I feel like by weighing every day at the same time it helps keeps me on track.

I dont plan to eat them back but i do a lot of times on days when im going out to eat and i've worked out that day.

Dropping the weight, and not eating fast food, and other junk all the time is likely why my numbers are all normal now,

That would make more since if you have sugar issues. I had high triglycerides 10 months ago when i started MFP, now mine are well within normal range.

Weird, I talked to my Dr. about this and he told me that it doesnt matter when you eat calories, and it will have no effect on my metabolism. where did you get this info?

NO!!! you cant save them for dinner. Oh wait, yes you can, like the above poster said, its about the deficit. I've saved mine for dinner plenty of times like when i know i'm going out to eat etc.

im over on my sodium almost every day. no way around it really unless you stay away from boxes, cans, and bags.. I've found I will more retain water of course on days i have a lot of sodium and try to drink more those days to help get it out.

I work 530pm to 430am i eat breakfast when i get up around 130pm, eat lunch around 330pm before i leave for work so i dont have the urge to get fast food on the hour drive, i pre-plan my food for work, so i eat a snack around 6pm, another around 8pm, another around 9-930, my lunch break at work is 1125pm, i eat my dinner…

I talked to my doctor about this when i saw him, he said the 8 glasses is all you need unless your sweating a lot i.e. working out or work in a hot place. i was drinking a gallon a day, he told me i didnt need to drink that much.
