i'd suggest getting a heart rate monitor, i suggest one from Polar (its what i use and like it a lot) before i got it MFP was actually UNDERestimate my calorie burn most of the time, like today i did a day of couch to 5k, MFP calculated me to have burned almost 200 calories less then what my heart rate monitor did. the HRM…

Best thing to do is talk to your doctor first. mine set my calories at 2000 to start, MFP actually gives me more. i dont generally eat back my calories i burn from working out unless i get under 1000 net, then i'll add some food.

i had the same problem. in my case i was working out and burning way more then i was eating, and my body was starving. so my advice is either eat more or exercise less.

depends on your starting weight, i lost 8-9lbs my first 3 weeks, 10 weeks later i'm between 3-5lbs a week, but i have a lot to lose total (160lbs to lose)

My fitbit one seems to work fine.

this is what i go by. I dont eat it as often since i started MFP, but last weekend i got a small pepperoni pizza and ate it for 2 meals, it fit in my calorie budget and other macros, so i didnt stress about it.

Really? didnt realize it was a piece of equipment... so you mean it's not like having elliptical or treadmill in the database? because those are just equipment, not an exercise, it depends on what you do on them..

i just put it in under cardio. be nice if you could add calorie burn under strength training.

i just did my first beginner excersice and it was just a 10 minute video with basics and using my polar hrm, i burned 114 calories in 10 minutes using a 35lb bell, i am 311lbs though. i would have no clue if i didnt have my HRM how many calories i burned. would be great if it was actually in the strength or cardio to add.

doubt its a typo, every bottle of dressing in my house has grams not mil, different brands and flavors.. all the same.

The Hidden Valley Ranch Light dressing i use says 30g or 2 tbsp, and you're right it is a lot more then i expected when i use the scale to weigh it.

What kinda cereal are you eating? have you tried Fiber One cereal? I started eating Fiber One Chocolate and use Silk Almond Milk and with 2 cups of cereal and 1 cup of milk its only about 268 calories.
