  • You can also try coconut creamer. Low in calorie and a little sweet. I can only find it at whole foods. I am a huge coffee drinker. I went cold turkey and went to black. I am shocked that I love it so much. I couldnt believe how many calories I was wasting with cream and sugar.
  • I have roasted sweet potatoes at least once a week. Peel, slice, toss with olive oil, kosher salt and cinnamon. bake at 375 for about 40 min or until cooked. I use the same recipe, minus the cinnamon with red potatoes.
