help me! i have a stomach bug

okay so i promise not to breath on you but will you help me? i have thrown up everything i ate yesterday and i got the runs really bad too. so i was throwing up in the trashcan having major runs on the toliet all at once. i am not throwing up anymore but if i ate say a cookie, i get the runs in about 15 minutes. do i record that cookie or not? i was told i should try to eat even if its not sticking.. i have had 400 calories today. I had a tablespoon of chocolate chips, box of raisens, can of dr.pepper, and two chocolate chip cookies. yes i relize i am not eating healthy but i need to eat little things. i tried ot eat a salad and i threw it up for a really long time because it was so big. my question now is to i record those 400 calories because they ran out of me within 15 minutes. i mean would my body have time to digest it at all?

    Bananas, applesauce, rice and tea. That's what you should be eating until you're not vomitting anymore.

    And don't worry about recording calories.

    that is the last thing i had last night before i started all of this! i think i will be chicken broth scared for a few months!

    yes the B.R.A.T. (banana, rice, applesauce and tea) diet. plus i know this sounds weird, but lots of yogurt. the live cultures will help bind you up. feel better soon!!

    saltines, dry toast, bananas are the best thing to eat. Dont worry about what you are logging and just get better. I once had the stomach bug for over a week as well as the other stuff. Its not fun. Im sorry
