Hello! I am returning after not being active on MFP for quite awhile. I am ready to get back at it...I have 100 pounds to lose. I am doing it for me this time, to feel good again both physically and mentally!

I am so inspired by all of you who posted! I am just starting MFP, again, and have about 100 pounds set as my goal. I have only lost 4 pounds since the 1st, but I am on my way and excited to get back to "me."

Here's my opinion... If you end up eating out, just do some research and pick healthy options. Most restaurants have nutritional guides on-line or even on their menu now. My husband and I went to Olive Garden for a date night awhile back, I researched the menu on-line and found the healthiest option...add a side of steamed…
