Feel free to add me I'm on 1200-1400 cal diet, however I eat my calories back most of the time. A bit slow (45min /5km) but I love running. Two times a week I try to hit 5km. Last few days took a break due to sickness now back on the track from tomorrow. See you!

Today the scale moved and I have lost 2.2 lbs now! :) I am happy but confused as since last two days I was eating above my goal i.e. 1200 cal(given by MFP). Nonetheless I am planning to stick to my routine.

I think this is the reason.Thank you everyone for all the insightful responses/links. From now on I would not eat any exercise calories and there would be no cheat day whether random or planned. Now waiting for my food scale to arrive,I ordered it just now! ^_^

:P A kid?!!! Then this ultra sexual depiction of a child can not be supported! Anyhow I think she has worked hard enough to break that Disney mould so let's give her the due credit. Thanx! I liked your first advice best as it would prepare me beforehand for the extra calories with less strain. I try to work out at least 6 hours per week these days.

Thank you for sharing this! Your story uplifted my motivation level. :) I think I will take your advice about the cheat day. Actually it gave me a total shock to see my weight up 2 pounds after 1 such cheat day.Whole week's hard work was lost!

Not everyday but thrice a week my schedule is: Morning: running 1 hour, stretching(mild Yoga) 20 min Night: Walk 1 hour. After my son and hubby are asleep! :P
