A bit disappointed as much of the month was wasted due to accident related injury. Could not manage to run or walk as much as intended initially. Had to readjust my goals a few times. Absolutely!! Especially when for one single pound you have to kick hard your butt for 2 weeks. It's so easy to go over your calorie goal.

Add me too please. I had lost some since joining the MFP but stopped stepping on scale and yesterday I saw all those pounds back. Seems in spite of logging food and exercising regularly, I consumed more than my expenditure. I really need some kick in the *kitten*.
