    Today was my first run outside today--5.5 miles! Beautiful sunshine and 34 F!!. The snow is beginning to melt :-)

    This was my first time running outside (been using the treadmill throughout this very cold/snowy winter). It was rough.

    I'm currently in the middle of the 10K trainer app, I believe I'm on Week 6? I'd like to try and run at least 50 miles this month.

    Another 6 miles in the hazy sunshine today, laaaavely! :love:

    So that's:

    3/4 3 miles (and my quickest ever 5k!)
    3/8 6 miles
    3/10 6 miles

    Until this thread/pledge thing I hadn't done a 10km in a while, but i'm pleased to have knocked 20 mins off of my time from my last 10k back in July last year. Still a bit slow but getting there. :smile:

    New on My Fitness Pal and a beginning runner. I was in the gym for almost a year and dropped 40 pounds, I was recently out of the gym for 3 months and I am returning today and going back in STRONG now.

    Anyone have any advice for stretching your piriformis muscle? I've been stretching but it is one angry knot of pain and won't let go!!
