Well, I did it! Completed my first ever race!

This was my first time running outside (been using the treadmill throughout this very cold/snowy winter). It was rough.

Another 6 miles in the hazy sunshine today, laaaavely!

3/4 3 miles (and my quickest ever 5k!)

Until this thread/pledge thing I hadn't done a 10km in a while, but i'm pleased to have knocked 20 mins off of my time from my last 10k back in July last year. Still a bit slow but getting there.

New on My Fitness Pal and a beginning runner. I was in the gym for almost a year and dropped 40 pounds, I was recently out of the gym for 3 months and I am returning today and going back in STRONG now.
