    Anyone have any advice for stretching your piriformis muscle? I've been stretching but it is one angry knot of pain and won't let go!!

    I saw a youtube video about foam rolling that hit the piriformis. I have no idea where I saw it. Perhaps Pigeon pose?

    Thank you!! :) I've been trying a bunch and nothing seems to "get it." I do have a foam roller - will see what I can find!! :flowerforyou:
