Alright, 30 miles will be my goal for March. I am easing into it with the C25K but have signed up for a 5K on April 11th so this should help me prepare!!!

I ran a 10K race yesterday and think I pulled a muscle in my hamstring. It may be a few more days till I run again.

Completed my 1st 5K today! Took me 38 minutes so will have to work on speed over time but Im so happy to have completed it without stopping....
