    I'm running 6.5 miles on May 10th. I'm only on week3 Day 1 of C210K... I'm starting to get worried, that it won't be ready? Any advise for me...?..

    March 2nd: 6.22
    March 6th: 1.21
    March 9th: 6.22 (race)
    March 13th: 3.69 (birthday - treadmill)
    March 16th: 7.00 (new PB distance - treadmill)
    March 19th: 3.1 (new PB 5k time - treadmill)
    March 26th: 3.54 (treadmill)
    March 27th: 7.00 (road)
    Total: 37.98

    Well, I couldn't do my race on Saturday for two reasons. 1. It turned out it was on Sunday! 2. On Saturday night, my wife fainted and cut her head open pretty badly and I was in hospital with her until 3am. She's fine thankfully, but I was back at the hospital at 9 and missed the race. So I just did it tonight, instead. Yay me ;)

    3/5 – 1 mile run plus cross training (strength and bike)
    3/6 – 5.37 miles (12x400 intervals)
    3/7 – 2.13 miles (plus strength and bike)

    A bit disappointed as much of the month was wasted due to accident related injury. Could not manage to run or walk as much as intended initially. Had to readjust my goals a few times. Still something is better than nothing so I quit the thought of quitting.
