Every Tuesday and Thursday I walk 1.25 miles to class. I get off at the previous subway station before the one closest to school and walk.0

Ok I am joining way late but I am a big walker and this seems like a good way to keep track.
I did a 4 mile walk on Saturday morning, Saturday evening, and Sunday morning, so I have 12 miles and 180 minutes for the weekend.
Unfortunately the weather is crappy now, probably won't get any in today.0 -

I'm in! I just started a week ago from the book 'Walk off the Weight' by Michelle Stanton. I have been tracking everything in a notebook. I was training for running and got so discouraged. Need to work my way up to that and the interval training has been awesome!! I have a 5k this weekend - don't care if I walk the whole thing. Looking forward to it! And have another race in April.
