As you lose fat, you gain muscle, simple as that. If you check my profile I just added two photos, one before insanity, and one after the 60 days, I didn't have a special diet, and I didn't measure anything. I only lost about 7lbs but it looks like a lot more. Keep at it, it really works.

When you set up the weight loss planner on the site here, the highest weekly weight loss target you can set is 2lbs - there is a reason for this as many people already pointed out. Controlled loss is a much better regime - just be sure you are doing it for you, and not for him.
