I like the chocolate smooth Impact Whey Protein from MyProtein which is a good, fairly cheap (in comparison the other brands) UK based site. They do lots of other flavours which I haven't tried but I've been told are nice too!

have eaten all sorts of insects & would eat them again (apart from really fat grubs - they taste like dirt). crickets are crunchy & pretty good unless the legs are a bit spiky!

I have a cold shower, then go into the sauna for 10 minutes, then I get out and have another blast under the cold shower, then another 10 minutes. It feels great and does wonders for my skin too!
