I gained back 7 pounds over the last few months, I was massively lazy and kept thinking "Ah it's only a little bit more, I'll lose that easily" until I slowly crept back up to 160 pounds! Add me if you like :)

Alcohol calories aren't the problem for me, when I drink I tend to move around a LOT and dance like an idiot so will burn off a fair few of those calories! The problem for me is the craving for pizza and sweets when I'm hungover, ughh, and now I'm older hangovers can last for days too...!

I have one, in fact I have my second one in now, so have been using a Mirena for the last eight years and it has had no influence on my weight whatsoever. Yep! I do the workouts in order but I don't do them everyday as they are set out as I'm combining it with heavy lifting too and I think I would be exhausted if I tried to do the set out calendar along with lifting! I will either do 3 x T25 workouts and 3 x heavy lifting sessions a week OR 4 x T25 and 2 x heavy lifting…

Smoked paprika for me too! I used to add smoked bacon or chorizo to a lot of dishes, now I just use smoked paprika instead!

^This. Sometimes people add food to the database and only put in the calorie total and miss out all the other info - just make sure you double check whenever you log!

Out of curiosity, how long are people's spinning classes? I love spinning but the classes at my gym are always an hour long, which I can find a little bit excessive when I'm lifting too. I've started just using the bikes when the classes aren't on and making up my own 30 minute spinning routine when no one else is there!…
