I have the flex...it's a great little gadget that tracks your activity, but it does overestimate your calorie burn sometimes. I would probably minus 100 to 200 calories from the TDEE it gives you.

Add me please! I am almost 30 and I've been on mfp for 2 years...I've managed to lose over 30 pounds but my weight loss have now stalled, and I am losing motivation! I am also finding it hard to resist temptations....need to get back on track!

5'6, 135.4 pounds and eating around 1200, I find that I cannot lose weight if I go over that...I am working from home at the moment so pretty sedetary. Trying to exercise few times a weeks with videos but still my TDEE is not very high. Curse slow metabolism....I gained 25 pounds last year from eating 1500 a day.

5'6 136.8 lbs this morning...I wear a 6-8 US size. I am 12 pounds away from my goal weight.

I am getting calcium from most non dairy sources like broccoli, bok choy etc Walking 30 minutes everyday...hope to increase this weekend. I am probably getting 6 cups of water a day, need to improve to 8... Food is good and on track... Overall a good day!

I only eat home cooked meals..so not much of a challenge for me. I hadn't gone out to eat in a month! I had a lovely HIIT session on the treadmill for 40 minutes and felt great, truly energized. I also didn't go over my calorie intake goal. All in all, a good Monday.

I lost my battle with ice cream this weekend - I ended up eating a whole tub and felt terrible afterwards. I did gain 0.6 pounds yesterday morning but it came down today. Last week was fine, worked out 5 times. I also peddled on the stationary bike when I read the ipad to burn off extra calories. Food wise, other than few indulgence of black chocolate and cracker, I stayed on track. Looking forward to a new week!
