I think it's expensive, i just bought protein powders and made the shakes with fruits.

I have a cheat meal not a cheat day, I check how many calories it is for maintenance and I will not go over those calories, if it does I make the portion smaller. If that still doesn't work ill go to the gym burn some calories.

Use ur hrm, mfp overestimates calories burned.

Have patience, and mfp over calculates calories burned on exercises, and measure & weight ur food that makes a huge difference.

I like to plan ahead and use my phone app to see calories certain foods have, then I can see if a can work into my calories I have left

Mine are No soda At least eight cups of water a day Eat breakfast (never ate breakfast,always ate until 2pm) Have snacks Eat everything but in moderation

I thought I was the only one with this problem, I have a digital scale and when i weigh myself multiple times in the morning it gives me different weights usually about 1-2lbs difference. so i just post the most common number that pops up.

Never tried it, I either put crystal light lemon ice tea, powdered green tea or the arizona ice tea powder

i just think how long its gonna take me to burn those calories off in the gym. then im like ummm never mind lol

i use my protein shake as a meal replacement, a scoop, i add low fat milk, a banana and ice, and put it on a blender.

i do the exact same thing, plus i take lunch to work everyday so i log it in the morning. and get it over with and have to stick to that.

yeah that place is goood, i think i might try there bowls instead of a burrito for less calories. (im avoiding fast food places right nowLOL)

im trying for 2lbs a week, but i have a lot of weight to lose.

i pretty much come to mfp app and try to see the calories on some foods to see the calories on an item and try to see how many calories i can use up. like for mc donalds i love there chicken sandwiches, now ill probably get the chicken salad.

my husband and I are doing this together, so obviously he knows and my coworkers know which now they want to do, they help me out, and my best friend knows.
