this site worked for me then i went on vacation and stopped doing it then it seems i kinda just gave up.....not anymore...this year will be the year!!!!No more being upset about what I way i am going to do something about it

i have lost 6 pounds this site has helped me so much....only 19 pounds to go!!!!

what does this mean?

i lost four pounds yeah. but now it seems i have gained 1 pound back how is this possible since i've truly have been sticking with the diet ? HELP this makes me a little discouraged.

everyday it seems I go over on my protein i don't seem to have problems with the others hwo big of a deal is it, i manage to keep my calories down without a problem also HELP
