I'm 5'0 -- I'd like to be no more than 130. I'm about 40 pounds away from that so I will evaluate how I look/feel when I get to 130.

You will lose it quickly most likely-- but is this the way you want to live your life on only 800 calories a day-- there is too much delicious things to experience for that kind of calorie intake in my opinion. Try to stick with something you will be able to stick with for a long time so the weight won't come back!

Your living proof -- that it can be done. Amazing, amazing transformation-- truly an inspiration!

I eat everything in moderation and try to be active--- you can swim at the beach or the pool or go for a walk on the beach. Maybe you can explore some of the area on foot or by bicycle. Enjoy yourself though first and foremost-- part of the fun at an all inclusive is indulging in food and drink!

I grew up eating margarine because I believe my parent's thought it was healthier. Now that I'm an adult I cannot stand it-- it's tastes like chemical to me. I only use a pat of butter if I'm eating it-- unless a special recipe calls for more. I don't use fat free anything either-- I try to stick with full fat foods and…

I became a clichéd and gained close to 30 pounds after I got married. We have been together for awhile but we became even more comfortable with another and both ballooned! I am very uncomfortable about my weight now and happy to be finally doing something about it. It has also affected our love life because I'm not very…

I'm going out tomorrow to a Mexican restaurant and I was playing around with calories on here. A cheese enchilada combination plate is around 700 calories-- and so, so delicious, I'm not so sure how accurate that is though-- depends on the place I'm sure. Or you could maybe get whatever you want and only eat half and save…

Like others said I've had my Polar FT4 for more than 2 years and haven't had to replace the batteries yet either. I use it 5 days a week, I like using it because I get accurate calories burned and also make sure I'm staying in target heart rate. It's motivating for me to see accurate calories burned also-- so I know when I…

Peanut Butter -- one spoon always turns into half the jar for me.

If I'm hungry I eat them back, if not I leave it be. Keep it simple, don't be afraid to eat them back.

Trying to eat every few hours like a lot of people suggest was incredibly stressful for me for some reason. I didn't like the fact I had to time when I ate vs. just listening to my body. Sticking to a regular 3 meal day works out really good for me, and if I'm hungry in between I make sure to have a healthy snack with me…

That's amazing! Great job, you have a fabulous shape. My weight loss goals are the same, great inspiration for me to keep going!

A 5 oz glass of red wine a day is very healthy for you! You can have a glass of wine and a piece of dark chocolate for under 250 calories.. a great way to unwind and enjoy yourself and that end of your night. I have sort of a binge problem with drinking so I tend to get carried away but if I plan it into my day I'm less…

This is my second time, it worked but I got tired of the pressure I was putting on myself. I'm much more realistic with my exercise/food now and it's working out better for me.
