Lifting is the only way to firm them up. It will tighten the muscles around your breast to lift and firm. I hope this helps. Oh, and Congratulations on the weight loss!! :-)

Congratulations!! It's very true that your body does know what weight you're supposed to be. You're ahead of the game. Most people don't recognize this in themselves. It's about fitness and health. You go Girl!! :-)

YES! me too. I'm trying to get below 200 and I could so see it. I'm working hard to get there. I feel once I get below the 200 mark it'll amp me up to go further. This first hurdle is the most challenging. We can do it!! :-)

If you update your Diet/fitness goals under settings it may change your calorie intake. If it still doesn't change then Myfitnesspal may automatically be giving you those calorie goals based on your activity level, height and current weight. You may only be able to adjust that number by 500 calories (say 1600 as a goal)…
