I am officially in onderland! Broke out of the 200's this week and landed at 198.6 this morning. I honestly have no recollection of when I weighed in at under 200, and I'm only 35yrs old. LOL, been a while to say the least. About 10 lbs to a healthy BMI, and 28 lbs to the goal my Dr. has set for me. Started at 360 lbs 53 weeks ago. Quick loss I know, but working with my Dr. and everything is going great. I have been reducing the deficit slowly, working on getting near maintenance level. All thanks to MFP! (and the other fitness tracking apps I found along the way).

Congratulations! The weight loss doesn't seem to be going too quickly considering you had so much to lose. Just bear in mind that loss may happen more slowly now that you are closer to goal and keep up the good work! :D
