  • 1.5 a week is excellent! It beats gaining 5 for the week. People who lose 1-2 lbs a week the right and healthy way are less likely to gain it back....Keep moving in the right direction! Congrats!
  • oh yeah the biggest difference I see are in your face and arms.....If you haven't already, cut out the soda and fruit juices and your stomach will go down even more drastically...Standing up, my stomach is practically flat now...However, sitting down still needs some work ...lol....
