  • I, too, am just starting P90X and I don't think i am going to follow his guide... I dont eat meat really, and I don't eat a lot of what's on there. I say that as long as you eat healthy, it shouldn't be an issue! KZOsMommy: LOVE THE TICKLER!! I also have a Colts one (Manning) on mine! WhooHooo!

  • I have her 1-2-3 20 minute workout and she totally kicks butt! I've only had it for about 2 weeks and am still on level 1... I don't think I'll be ready for level 2 for a month or so... my muscles burn like crazy still!! Keep it up! She's hardcore!

  • I bought this for myself and must say that Jillian is hardcore!! Yes, I am sore after using it, but it just shows me that I needed to workout! "when it burns, it's changing" is what she said! Good luck, I hope you are still on it...
  • I completely agree! I am just now, at 11:49am, wanting to snack a bit - so a banana it is. My only concern is that I don't want to not eat during the right times and end up eating late at night!
