  • About 12 weeks till my run n gun, training has to kick into high gear now. Still trying to decide what all I am doing other than strength training, think I will stick with run / walk intervals rather than any true jogging though.

  • Hey all. Time sure does fly. Trying to decide what to do as far as diet goes. Cutting back on portions for sure and trying to eat cleaner. May try some intermittent fasting since l have been skipping meals here and there already.

  • In and out here. Set some personal records for lifts, but with the heat this week not sure how much I will get done. Back to logging food this week. Had some blood tests and they wanted me eating "normal" for them. Was nice to not care for a week or so, but I have to get back at it now.

  • Thanks Heron, will definitely try that. Will need to this week! I remember somewhere reading about a mix of lemon and or lime juice with himalayan or other colored salt and water as a booster of sorts to take in the morning. May have to do some reading.

  • Did over 120 ounces of water yesterday. Question for those who have done Carb Nite. Did you pay much attention to calories? I have been trying to stay under about 1500 and am starting to wonder if I should increase that some. Some days it's easy to be under, other days I get hungry later in the day.
