I'm in! My plan is to do 30 Day Shred and Six Weeks Six Pack. I want to do Six Weeks Six Pack every single day and add Thirty Day Shred every day as well if possible, or at least every other day. UN: DebsterWebster Starting Weight: 131 Goal Weight: 117 ( 2 lbs a week)
