  • I have the 30 day shred....it is a killer.....still working on level one. (= But, it gets you sweating and sore the next day (at least for me). I have not heard about the other one. I am hoping the 30 day shred works...good luck...you have an adorable baby in your profile pic.

  • I have fibro and SLE....I can understand the pain and sometimes how it can be so hard to move at all...tell her to friend me if she joins....support systems are crucial esp. if you need to vent.

  • I just joined tonight. It will be nice to have some motivation. I recently had a baby and then my thyroid went bad which caused weight gain. So, I am needing to get back to where I usually am. Looking forward to making friends online to help keep me motivated and accountable.
