Same here - it's got to be the evening because once I start, I just want to keep eating for the rest of the day. I did try to have my meal at lunch a couple of times, but ended up eating dinner as well. If I don't eat in the day, I don't have much of a problem at all making it until dinner time...

BTW, there is was one big issue for me about working from home - the fridge is ALWAYS right there. Doing OMAD has actually really helped with that issue. The only things I go into the kitchen for is to make a coffee or to grab water. I don't stand in front of the fridge trying to decide what to eat and then eating too…

I agree with both Joe and Sandy - it has to be something you can stick with for the rest of your life and try not to overthink it too much! There is just far too much conflicting information about dieting and losing weight out there and you could drive yourself insane with it all!

Well, I lost about a third of the weight I gained over the weekend! Hopefully the rest will disappear tomorrow or the next day... Trendweight is still happy with me as I'm still under the trend line.

Yes, bread is evil, but so so delicious... I do try to stay far away from bread most of the time as it is just way too easy to overeat. Oh well, it was a lovely dark rye and very worth it! :)

I'm the same - never leave food on my plate!! I actually left a few pieces of bread on my plate last night as I was stuffed (admittedly, I'd probably already had way too much - but I'd have never left anything before, I'd have just eaten it all). Maybe our brains are actually changing! Sure would be nice.
