I weigh morning and night and generally weigh 1kg more at night

Try eating protein in the morning that helps me mostly. Eating low GI seems to help too. oh and dont beat yourself up just start fresh the next day :)

I started at 115kg and when I got to 70kg (my first goal) I gave myself a tennis bangle. I bought the bangle before I got to my goal and my daughter held onto it for me until I reached my goal. I am working towards my second goal now of 65kg and cant seem to get pack 67.5kg and I cant think of a goal for this milestone.…

The transformation is amazing. What an inspiration. I am within 3kg of my goal weight and just cant seem to shift it. I suppose I have got a little complaicent but after seeing your wifes transformation I feel motivated to put in just that bit more effort to reach my goal. Thank you for sharing.
