Had 2 cups almond milk, with some ice as I just bought it all warm, Half cup strawberries and blueberries, and one banana with a scoup of protein powder :D Tastes not too bad, its sweet, but would love it a hint more sweeter cause im such a sweet tooth hahaha

Yeah I did mean that say you are consuming excess protein but your body does not require it, then it will turn to fat. Thanks for the tips. .....eating back calroies from exercise just means that Im exercising to gain the extra calorie intake but then just eating up to that amount anyway?

Hmm so if im on a 1500 cal a day, but want to get lean muscle while trying to lose weight, wouldn't you just encourage your protein needs to be met mainly? I only wanted to lose a couple of Kg's, but im not doing large weights in general. So in KG's if my weight is 60, I should be aiming for 60 grams of protein a day yeah?

Cool, so how then does the heart get so bad anyway in the first place? Is it normally bad eating habits/smoking etc? Because in my job I do stand most days and rush around and what not. So its not like I have a real bad sedentary lifestyle ... hmm.

Keep in mind this was also after exercise. My max heart rate is 196. The say five minutes after it should be 65-85 I thought? As in the closer to the resting heart rate the better, and normally mine would seem way too high.

Call me crazy, but theres an app on the windows phone called "Heart Rate" and ... it seems accurate?
