I love Fitness Blender, as many others have suggested. I really like Yoga with Adriene for yoga as well.

Oh, good point. I was just looking for general tips about fitness and/or nutrition, or better yet a whole bunch of articles covering a range of topics. Thanks! ETA: I'm currently trying to go from ~25% body fat to ~20%, if that helps.

I discovered Fitness Blender through MFP a few months ago and I love it -- tons of free cardio, strength training, toning, stretching videos. I run occasionally, but I find the Fitness Blender videos way more interesting. Plus then I can turn on the A/C. :) Anyone know any good YouTube Zumba/dance videos?

It is quite interesting to see the range of goals! I'm so jealous of the people who are at 160 lbs or so and look amazing in their pictures! I'm 25 years old, 5'10" and weigh 146 lbs, but I still feel a bit flabby. My goal is currently set to 135.
